These Terms and Conditions govern contracts concluded between you and Liorazz via the website:
Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms is hereby rejected.
I. General Terms and Conditions
§1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us as the supplier via the website https://liorazz.com.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person who acts in exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing products on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded as follows:

After clicking the “Checkout” or similar button and entering your personal details and payment information, you will see an order overview.

Before submitting the order, you may review, change, or cancel it.

By clicking the final purchase button (“Buy Now”, “Pay Now”, or similar), you legally accept the offer and the contract is concluded.
(4) Order confirmation and contract information are sent via email. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and able to receive emails (including spam filtering settings).
§3 Payment Methods

If Klarna is offered as a payment method, payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

§4 Retention of Title
(1) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
(2) If you are an entrepreneur, we retain ownership of goods until all outstanding claims from the business relationship have been settled.
§5 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights under Dutch law apply.
(2) Consumers are requested to inspect goods upon delivery and report visible damage immediately. Failure to do so does not affect statutory rights.
(3) For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is one year from delivery, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
§6 Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for:

Injury to life, body, or health
For minor negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
§7 Applicable Law
(1) Dutch law applies.
(2) For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
(3) The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
II. Customer Information
1. Contract Language
The contract language is English.
2. Contract Storage
We do not permanently store the full contract text. After placing an order, you will receive all relevant contract data by email.
3. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices shown on the website are total prices including applicable VAT (if applicable).
(2) Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout unless free shipping is offered.
(3) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery times are stated on the website or product page.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
For entrepreneurs, shipment is at your own risk.
5. Statutory Liability for Defects
Liability for defects is governed by the statutory provisions under Dutch law.
